Matthew Gross has inked a new three-year overall deal with ABC Studios.

Under the seven-figure pact, the non-writing producer will continue to oversee day-to-day production on "Dirty Sexy Money," the studio's drama series for ABC that's returning for a second season in the fall.

Gross, who serves as an executive producer on "Dirty," called it "an ambitious and challenging show, yet one of the most gratifying experiences of my career."

The family soap, created by Craig Wright, centers on the uber-rich Darling clan and stars Peter Krause, Donald Sutherland, Billy Baldwin, Jill Clayburgh, Blair Underwood and Lucy Liu.

"He makes the impossible possible on a daily basis -- and he does it with an amazing work ethic and bright attitude," "Dirty" executive producer Greg Berlanti said.

Gross, former president of Kopelson Entertainment, heads his own film and TV production company, Gross Entertainment, which has been based at ABC Studios for the past five years. He previously served as exec producer on another ABC/ABC Studios drama, "Day Break," as well as on several ABC Studios-produced pilots, including "Twenty Questions" and "Neighbors."

On the feature side, Gross is in postproduction on "Fired Up!" for Screen Gems.
